txt One minute we had water at the house. Then none. We went to the dam and found the plug on the drain pipe out.
txt The entire flow of the creek (after a day with 4 inches of rain) was coming out the pipe and we couldn't reinsert the plug.
txt Back to the house. Make a plug for the upstream end of the pipe. Back to the dam. Put in the plug.
txt The reservoir filled in a minute.
